Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time data analyst?

Good Question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior level analyst now exceeds 100,000, plus benefits.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your analyst when you have work for them.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many dashboard requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How fast will I receive my dashboards?

On average, most requests are completed within 48hrs. However, complex requests may take longer.

What will I receive in 48 hours?

You will receive a google sheets dashboard with your data organized for easy analysis and a manual describing how to navigate the dashboard.

Who are the analysts?

DataLift is an agency of one! You will be working directly with me on most projects, however outside partners may be sourced for bigger requests.

How do you handle larger requests?

Larger requests are broken down on DataLift's end. This applies to large-scale data analysis requiring multiple databases, or multiple spreadsheets.

How do I request dashboards?

Clients request dashboards using Trello, where you can link google docs, wireframes, or even record a brief Loom video describing the requests (For those who prefer not to write their requests out).

What if I don't like the dashboard?

No worries! We'll continue to revise the dashboard until you're 100% satisfied.

What if I only have a single request?

That's fine! You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional requests.
